SenseLab is a multisensory research and learning environment where students, researchers, and the public explore how experience is felt, remembered, and shared. We study perception across smell, sound, touch, atmosphere, and emotion through studies, workshops, and participatory projects. Here, research and learning happen together. A study may become an installation, a workshop may become methodology, and participants are collaborators rather than subjects.
The lab is also a place for connection and reflection. We translate inquiry into accessible encounters, open resources, and shared knowledge. You can join a study, attend a session, contribute work, or simply spend time in the space. SenseLab exists to understand experience not only as data, but as something lived and carried with you.
We're a proud member of the Sheridan College research community.
